Cancellation Policy

If you cancel three days (72 hours) before the workshop, you will receive a full refund. Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes the latest 2 days before the workshop you’ve booked. You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule without giving a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of the workshop. The cancellation fee will be 75% of the service amount. Thank you for your understanding! Important note: Dear parents, dear travelers and art lovers! Should you need to postpone or cancel your vacation and consequently your attendance at our art classes, we really need to know ahead of time. Unexpected events are completely understood, but if your plans alter, do let us know. We completely appreciate unanticipated circumstances, but please notify us if your plans alter.
